Within the framework of the Tianguis Turístico Mazatlán 2018, the municipal president Homero Rodríguez Rodríguez met with the governor of Guerrero, Héctor Astudillo Flores; the managing director of Fonatur, the director of the Tourist Promotion Council of Mexico, to deal with both state employees of the subjects of investment and tourist infrastructure for Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo, in the purpose that the destination maintains the good image and it would allow in its turn the arrival of more national and international tourism both in the long weekends and the holidays.
