Zihuatanejo, Gro., on April 17th 2018.-Municipal President Homero Rodríguez Rodríguez, accompanied with his wife Marcia Garcés de Rodríguez, and with the Director of Tourism, Juan Antonio Bureos Oliva, travelled this week to Mazatlán, Sinaloa, by being at the head of the Delegation of Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo in Tianguis Turístico 2018, which takes place from the 16th to 18th of this month in the International Center of the above-mentioned Mexican port.
On said event, about which he spoke as being "a showcase for all the tourist destinations of Mexico ", the local Executive informed to a radio journalist that he
met, last Monday, with the Secretary of Tourism of the Federal Government, Enrique de la Madrid Cordero, in a dinner of the Mexican Culture, and underlined that until this Tuesday had been realized an important convention with Aeroméxico, through whom a 2.900-peso price was established by round-trip flight between the capital of the country and our beach binomial.
He said that he took advantage of this meeting with the holder of the Sectur to take over the subjects which, in tourist subject, have an importance for this municipality, the same that had already planned the federal state employee during its visits in Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo.
