President Homero Rodríguez met with the architect André Saavedra Banda, who presented a video with a series of projects which would come to complete the whole rehabilitation of the Paseo del Pescador (Walk of the fisherman). This is the result of the gestion which is led at the moment by the Mayor with Gustavo García Bello and supported by Federal Deputy, Ricardo Barrientos Ríos, to whom a punctual follow-up was given, so that this project comes true within the shortest time possible and so that Zihuatanejo has a new more attractive image for thousands of tourists who years after years visit this port. It is necessary to mention that this presentation, which took place in the town council chamber, was able to count on the presence of a group of people who realize various activities on this area, such as Lorenzo Marbut, President of the Foundation Por los Niños of Zihuatanejo.
